    I wish Wise credit union would have a telephone operator that you could dial and speak to without listening to all of their services over and over and over again. I appreciate having the different departments so that one can easily reach them, but if none of your headings match my need, I would like to be able to speak to a person without hearing the menus over and over.
    I have found the on site employees to be very kind, friendly, courteous, and helpful. When I was in one of the sites yesterday, there were two drive up tellers and three counter tellers, and I was the only customer in the bank purely clearly they have enough employees that they could answer the telephone when it rings And someone wants to speak to a representative.

      Thanks for sharing your experience. I understand the wish to be able to quickly speak to someone without having to go through a prolonged lengthy archaic telephone prompt. It would be great to be able to access support as easily as you do with the branch staff.
