How to Join Treasury Department Federal Credit Union
Treasury Department Federal Credit Union membership eligibility includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Employees worldwide of the U.S. Department of Treasury (Bureau of Fiscal Services, Office of Comptroller of the Currency, Internal Revenue Service, Etc.), Department of Homeland Security (U.S Customs and Border Protection, U.S. Secret Service, etc.), U.S. Federal Courts, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), CDC National Center of Health Statistics and other select employee groups are eligible for membership.
- All persons who live, work, worship or attend school in Washington DC.
- All persons who live, work, worship or attend school in 313 census tracts inside the Capitol Beltway, extending north to south from Germantown, MD to Westmoreland State Park, VA and east to west from Patuxent Research Refuge, MD to Stafford, VA,
- Once an eligible member joins, their family members are eligible to join. Family members include Spouses/Partners, Parents, Grandparents, Siblings, Children (including adopted, foster, and stepchildren), and Grandchildren.
