- Lives or works in the 67-county membership area in Oregon.
Lives or works in the 40-county membership area in Washington. - Immediate family member of an OCCU member or someone living in the membership area.
- A student or employee of the University of Oregon or a member of the UO Alumni Association.
- Employed by Bi-Mart or is an immediate family member of an employee.
- A Bi-Mart store member or an immediate family member of a store member.
- Employed by the State of Oregon.
