Element Federal Credit Union membership eligibility includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Living in the state of West Virginia.
To open an account with Element FCU, you must have
- A government-issued photo ID.
- Debit or credit card (to fund account if opening online).
- Proof of residency is also required if your ID address doesn’t match your current address.
